Please Note Information & Guidelines:

(1) Cancellation

Minimum 48 hours NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN (including illness) or a cancellation on the online booking system will not be possible and a full fee will be charged. Please note, all cancelations are non-refundable. But you may contact the office directly (min 48hr’s ONLY) with your details and try to re-arrange another suitable lesson if available.

We restrict the class numbers to keep our classes small so we are able to provide better quality lessons, to enable us to continue providing this service please ensure you cancel any lessons at your earliest convenience so we can offer the available slot to other riders

(2) Safety

All riders MUST wear suitable riding footwear with a heal and riding hats MUST meet PAS 015 or VG1 standards and we strongly recommend all riders wear a body protector

(3) Riding is a Risk Sport

WE TAKE CARE TO PROVIDE SUITABLE AND SAFE HORSES AND PONIES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, BUT ALL ANIMALS CAN BE UNPREDICTABLE.
